These terms apply to every garment purchased from Manmatha. By placing an enquiry or order with us, you accept what follows.
Made to order
Every Manmatha garment is made to order. We do not maintain stock or warehouse inventory. Once your enquiry is confirmed and payment received, the garment is cut, embroidered, and tailored specifically for you. Please allow 15 to 21 working days from confirmation to dispatch.
Pricing
The price shown after enquiry submission is the starting price for a single garment in standard sizing. Final pricing is confirmed by our team after we discuss fabric choice, customisation, embroidery complexity, and any alterations. No payment is taken until you have agreed to the final quote in writing.
Payment
We accept bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) and major credit cards. A 50% advance is taken at confirmation; the remaining 50% is due before dispatch.
Returns & exchanges
As all garments are custom-made, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges. Please be considered when confirming sizing and customisation — we are happy to spend as much time as you need on the conversation before you commit.
If a garment arrives with a manufacturing defect — torn fabric, broken embroidery, an error in tailoring — we will remake it at no cost, or refund in full at our discretion. Please report any defect within 7 days of delivery, with photographs, to contact@manmatha.com.
Care
Each garment ships with a care card specific to its fabric and embroidery. Following these instructions is necessary to preserve the garment. Damage caused by improper care is not covered by the remake guarantee.
Intellectual property
All designs, motifs, photography, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Manmatha. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
