How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry — to confirm pricing, discuss customisation, arrange measurements, and complete your order. We will reach out to you within 24 hours of receiving an enquiry.
How it is stored
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party service that securely forwards your responses to our team's email. Once received, the information is retained only as long as is necessary to fulfil your order and any subsequent communication. You may request deletion at any time.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with marketers or third parties for advertising. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics.
Your rights
