Where we ship
Manmatha ships across India to all serviceable pincodes. International shipping is offered on request — write to contact@manmatha.com with your destination and we will return a quotation including duties and taxes.
Production time
Because every garment is made to order, please allow 15 to 21 working days from order confirmation to dispatch. More elaborate embroidery — Shringara Statement, Manmatha Fusion Saree, Urvashi Evening Dress — may take up to 28 working days. We will share an exact production timeline at the point of confirmation.
Delivery time (within India)
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually quicker; remote pincodes may take longer. You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS at dispatch.
Shipping cost
Within India: complimentary. We absorb all domestic courier charges. International shipping is quoted per destination.
Packaging
Each garment is folded into acid-free tissue, placed in a Manmatha box, and sealed in a sustainable outer wrap. The packaging is keepsake-grade — many of our customers reuse it.
Receiving the parcel
Please open the parcel in the presence of the courier where possible, and inspect for any visible damage. If anything appears wrong on opening, photograph the parcel and contents and write to us within 7 days at contact@manmatha.com.
If a parcel is lost
In the rare event a parcel is lost in transit, we will either remake the garment at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your preference. We will keep you informed throughout the courier's investigation.
